What is digital check-in and check-out?

It is Campr's mandatory documentation at pickup and return, done in the Campr app. You go through the vehicle together and take photos of its condition, any damage, mileage, fuel and equipment. This documentation forms the basis for the deposit, payout and any claims.

Tips:
- Photograph all sides of the exterior, the interior, tyres/rims, windscreen and awning – both overview and close-up photos of any damage.
- Record the mileage and fuel level.
- If you disagree about anything, describe it in the app with photos before you confirm.
